💬 Chat Conversations

Quickly access and manage all your job-related conversations in Sorto.

📥 How to Access Conversations

You can open the chat panel in two simple ways:

• From the main menu: Click the "Chats" option.
• From any page: Click the Chat icon (speech bubble) at the top right of the screen.

📂 Viewing Conversations

• The chat panel shows all your active and previous conversations.
• Each conversation is listed by the property address.
• Click on any conversation to view the full chat.

🏠 Job Address Highlight

• At the top of every chat, you'll see the address of the job the conversation is about.
• Click the address to go straight to the job details page.

🔍 Search and Notifications

• If there are any unread messages in the conversation list, a small dot will appear next to the conversation.
• At the top of the conversation list, there's a search box to help you find any messages sent after 06/05/2025.
