🔧 General Settings
Weekend Settings: Choose the start and end day/time for your weekend period. During this time:
- You can show tenants a message like: "Our office is closed. For emergencies, call this number."
- You can automatically invite a specific contractor to handle all repairs submitted during the weekend.
Holiday Settings: Similar to weekends, but based on calendar dates. Set the holiday dates, write a message for tenants, and assign a contractor if needed.
Out of Hours Settings: Define the start and end time for your out-of-hours period on regular weekdays. During this time, you can show a custom message to tenants.
Tenant Repair History: Turn on or off the option for tenants to see a list of their previous repair requests. If disabled, it will hide any job that has been completed from the tenant.
Nearby Repairs: Set how many kilometers around a location should be used to show nearby repairs.
CC Repair Emails: Add one or more email addresses (separated by commas) to get copies of all repair-related emails.
These settings help tailor how your company communicates with tenants and manages repairs during off-hours or holidays.
