☰ Side Panel Toggle

• The Hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) next to the Sorto logo on the side panel can be selected to collapse the panel:

  • Collapsed view minimizes the side panel to show icons only, saving screen space.
  • Click the icon again to expand the panel back to full view.

🔔 Notifications

• The Bell icon (🔔) in the top-right corner is your Notifications hub.

  • Click the bell to view your notifications.

  • A red circle on the bell indicates there are unread notifications.

  • Within the notifications panel, you can:

    • Show Unread: Filter the list to display only unread notifications.
    • Mark All as Read: Change the status of every notification to read.
    • Mark Individually as Read: Click the orange circle next to a notification to mark it as read, changing its indicator from orange to the default state.

  • Click on any notification to navigate directly to the page with the full details of that job.

💬 Chat

• The Chat icon (speech bubble) lets you access messaging:

  • A red circle on the bubble indicates there are unread messages.

  • Clicking this icon takes you to the Chats page.

  • Here, you can view all ongoing conversations and chat history.

👤 Profile / Settings

• Access your profile and company settings via your user icon in the top-right corner:

  • Edit Profile: Update your name and other personal information.
  • Company Settings: Configure important defaults such as Nearby Repair radius, weekends, and holiday preferences.
  • Log Out: Sign out of your account safely.
